1. Only one $30 transfer credit can be claimed per hosting domain.

2. If you still have an existing contract with another hosting company and wish to transfer your hosting account to TmaxHost, we will offer a one time transfer credit of $30.00 to your account.  The credit amount will used to offset your next invoice, it cannot be applied to the present invoice 

3. In order to qualify for the transfer credit, your new order payment period with TmaxHost must be the semi-annual, annual or 2 years.

4. For claiming the transfer credit, you can open a ticket at our Help Desk with the old hosting company invoice or cancelation proof within 30 days after your account has been activated
